RS 9:3137.9 - Prohibition of actions A seller shall not maintain an action or have any claim against an owner or operator of an exchange located in this state, or against a buyer of the receivables, unless there is an agreement in writing setting forth the relevant terms and conditions, and the agreement is signed by the seller and the owner or operator on its own behalf and as agent for the buyer.
