RS 9:3326 - Sequestration in ordinary proceedings In an ordinary proceeding, the lessor may also have the leased movable sequestered as provided by the Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure and by furnishing security in an amount determined by the court to be sufficient to protect the lessee against all damage he may sustain.
