RS 9:3328 - Release of sequestered property to lessor If the lessee does not obtain the release of the sequestered leased property within ten days of its seizure, the court may permit its release to the lessor, without his furnishing additional security unless application for such additional security is made by the lessee and the court finds such additional security to be necessary.
