RS 9:3556.3 - Violations; penalties A person subject to this Part who violates a provision of this Chapter may be fined up to one thousand dollars for each violation. The commissioner may maintain a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction to recover such fines, together with his costs and attorney fees incident to such action. Acts 1997, No. 63, §1.
