RS 9:3561.2 - Registration of licensees with the secretary of state Any person required to be licensed pursuant to this Chapter shall, prior to application for licensure, be duly registered with the Louisiana secretary of state and be in possession of a certificate of authority to transact business pursuant to R.S. 12:304 or 1345 or R.S. 9:3422, as applicable.
