RS 9:3574.8 - Criminal penalties Whoever violates any provision of this Part commits a felony and shall be fined not more than fifty thousand dollars, or imprisoned with or without hard labor for not more than ten years, or both. Acts 1992, No. 346, §1, eff. June 17, 1992.
