RS 9:358.9 - Limitation of liability No parenting coordinator shall be personally liable for any act or omission resulting in damage, injury, or loss arising out of the exercise of his official duties and within the course and scope of his appointment by the court. However, this limitation of liability shall not be applicable if the damage, injury, or loss was caused by the gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct of the parenting coordinator.
