RS 9:3855 - Payment of costs and attorney fees The court may render judgment for costs and attorney fees, or any part thereof, against any party. Nevertheless, costs or attorney fees shall not be awarded to a petitioner when the petition is dismissed on the merits. Acts 2014, No. 356, §1.
