RS 9:407 - Uncontested paternity proceedings; proof by affidavit; adoption of court rules The court vested with jurisdiction may provide, by local rule, that in uncontested proceedings to establish paternity, proof may be submitted by affidavit. Acts 2015, No. 260, §3, eff. Jan. 1, 2016.
