RS 9:4246 - Court; functions of arbitration assistance and supervision The procedures provided in R.S. 9:4251(C) and (D), 4253(C), 4254, 4256(C), and 4274(B) shall be performed by a state or federal district court in this state with jurisdiction over civil actions in which the arbitral tribunal sits.
