RS 9:4853 - Copies of notice A. A copy of the signed notice shall be given to the owner or agent who has affixed his signature thereto. B. Every person who may be entitled to lien rights against the residential property for work to be done or material to be furnished pursuant to this Subpart shall be furnished a copy of the signed notice by the contractor upon request.
