RS 9:4866 - Extinction as to movable property A privilege, if not otherwise extinguished, is extinguished as to movable property other than hydrocarbons, the obligations and proceeds derived from the disposition of hydrocarbons, and drilling or other rigs, when the property is transferred by an onerous transaction to a third person who is in good faith and it is removed from the well site.
