RS 9:4886 - Extinction as to movable property A privilege given by this Subpart is extinguished as to movable property other than hydrocarbons and the obligations and proceeds derived from the disposition of hydrocarbons when the property is transferred by an onerous transaction to a third person who is in good faith and it is removed from the well site.
