RS 9:5641 - Sale under attachment against foreign corporation Any action to set aside a public sale of land made under attachment proceedings against a foreign corporation as record title holder, instituted in the court of the parish where the land is situated and maintained by judgment of that court, is prescribed by five years, reckoning from the day the act of sale was recorded in the conveyance records.
