§802. Emergency Response Commission Fund The Emergency Response Commission Fund is established to be used by the agency as a nonlapsing fund for carrying out the purposes of this subchapter. All fees collected under this subchapter shall be credited to this fund. All fines or penalties assessed pursuant to section 806 shall be credited to this fund. [PL 1989, c. 464, §3 (NEW).]1. Disbursements allowed. The agency, with the advice of the commission, shall make disbursements from the fund for the following purposes: A.
