§932. Validity--Article XII This chapter is construed to effectuate the purposes stated in section 921. If any provision of this compact is declared unconstitutional or the applicability of the compact to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the constitutionality of the remainder of this chapter and the applicability of the chapter to other persons and circumstances is not affected.
