Military property of United States or State; sale, loss, damage, destruction or wrongful disposition Any person subject to this Code must be punished as a court-martial may direct if that person, without proper authority, does any of the following with any military property of the United States or the State: [PL 2001, c. 662, §59 (NEW).]1.
