§1368. Emergency Whenever the commissioner determines that an emergency exists as the result of a threat or hazard posed by an uncontrolled site, the commissioner shall immediately notify the Governor. The Governor may declare an emergency and, in addition to whatever action is necessary and available to the Governor under law, may authorize the Commissioner of Environmental Protection in conjunction with the Commissioner of Public Safety to: [RR 2021, c. 2, Pt.
