§1392. Definitions As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings. [PL 2007, c. 569, §6 (NEW).]1. Aboveground heating oil supply tank. 'Aboveground heating oil supply tank' means an aboveground oil storage tank that is connected directly to an oil-burning heating appliance and is used solely to store heating oil.
