§1304-C. Report; material-separated, refuse-derived fuel Beginning on January 1, 1992, a municipal solid waste processing facility that produces any material-separated, refuse-derived fuel shall annually report the following information to the department: [PL 1991, c. 220, §11 (NEW).]1.
