§1316-O. Definitions As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings. [PL 2005, c. 406, §1 (NEW).]1. Dangerous or unsafe material. 'Dangerous or unsafe material' means any substance or material that is capable of or likely to cause injury, including, but not limited to: A.
