§1464. Site characterization and selection 1. Limitation. Except for oversight, monitoring and public information activities, no agent of the State may participate in site characterization or selection studies, until the Legislature finds that all of the matters in section 1463, subsection 3, have been adequately addressed and has approved a plan for the studies and the Federal Government agrees that the site characterization or selection process includes: A.
