§589-A. Notification of violation to affected municipality When the department issues a notice of violation for a violation of this chapter pursuant to section 347‑A or receives an air quality-related notice of violation from the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the department shall provide notice of that violation to each municipality in which the violation occurred.
