§1610-M. Additional securities for state-owned facility repair, improvement and construction and hazardous waste cleanup on state-owned property Notwithstanding any limitation on the amount of securities that may be issued pursuant to section 1606, subsection 2, the authority may issue additional securities in an amount not to exceed $52,910,000 outstanding at any one time for capital repairs and improvements to and construction of state-owned facilities and hazardous waste cleanup on state-owned properties.
