§1610-O. Additional securities for Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife headquarters Notwithstanding any limitation on the amount of securities that may be issued pursuant to section 1606, subsection 2, the authority may issue additional securities in an amount not to exceed $39,500,000 outstanding at any one time for the purposes of paying the costs associated with the planning, design, renovation, abatement, construction, financing, furnishing and equipping of new and existing facilities to serve as a headquarters for the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.
