§7081. Membership; term; compensation The State Civil Service Appeals Board, established by section 12004‑B, subsection 4, shall be composed of 5 members with experience in personnel management or labor relations. No more than 3 members of the board may be of the same political party. No member may be a state employee. [PL 1989, c. 503, Pt.
