§13054. Definitions As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings. [PL 1987, c. 534, Pt. A, §§17, 19 (NEW).]1. Commissioner. 'Permit' means a license, certificate, registration or other authorization required by a governmental agency for a business undertaking.
