§12004-B. Arbitration, mediation, valuation and board appeals The primary responsibilities of the boards in this section include the assessment of property for purchase, valuation or tax purposes; the hearing of appeals with respect to property valuation or assessment; and the arbitration, conciliation or mediation of disputes or grievances.
