§18509. Statement of compensation 1. Requirement. The chief executive officer shall require each beneficiary of a disability retirement benefit to submit, each calendar year, a statement of the beneficiary's compensation received from engaging in any gainful occupation during that year. If the beneficiary fails to submit the statement required under subsection 1 within 30 days of receipt of the chief executive officer's request for the statement, the beneficiary's disability retirement benefit shall be discontinued until the statement is submitted.
