§20. Confidential information 1. Types of information. Information provided to the department voluntarily or to fulfill reporting requirements is designated as confidential for the purposes of Title 1, section 402, subsection 3, paragraph A if: A. The person to whom the information belongs or pertains has requested that it be designated as confidential; and [PL 1999, c. 140, §1 (NEW).]B.
