Violations Any person, firm or corporation who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of this subchapter, or the rules and regulations issued thereunder, commits a civil violation for which the following forfeiture may be adjudged: [PL 1977, c. 696, §61 (RPR).]1.
