§770. Rules for administration The commissioner after reasonable notice and hearing may promulgate and enforce rules for the administration of this subchapter, in a manner consistent with the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, Title 5, chapter 375, and grant exemptions from specific requirements of this subchapter as, from time to time, may be required.
