§404. Definitions (CONTAINS TEXT WITH VARYING EFFECTIVE DATES)As used in this compact, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings. [PL 1983, c. 732, §1 (NEW).]1. Commission. 'Commission' means the Tri-state Lotto Commission created and established by this compact. [PL 1983, c. 732, §1 (NEW).] 2. Concurrent legislation. 'Concurrent legislation' means legislation enacted by one of the party states which is concurred in by the other party states in the form of enactments having like effect. [PL 1983, c. 732, §1 (NEW).] 2-A. Electronic funds transfer. 'Electronic funds transfer' means a transaction using an electronic device for the purpose of ordering, instructing or authorizing a financial institution to debit or credit an account. [PL 2013, c. 352, §5 (NEW).] 3. Lotto. 'Lotto' means a game of chance as prescribed by the commission. [PL 1983, c. 732, §1 (NEW).] 4.
