§1102. Power and duties of director 1. Powers. In administering and enforcing this chapter, the director may: A. Pursuant to section 1103, issue or deny any application and limit, restrict, suspend or revoke any license issued under this chapter; [PL 2017, c. 303, §2 (NEW).]B. Review reports of the investigation and qualifications of an applicant before a license is issued; [PL 2017, c. 303, §2 (NEW).]C.
