§222. Possession of fireworks 1. Possession prohibited. A person may not possess or have under that person's control fireworks. [PL 2003, c. 452, Pt. C, §2 (NEW); PL 2003, c. 452, Pt. If the value of the fireworks does not exceed $100, a person who violates subsection 1 commits a civil violation for which a fine of not more than $50 may be adjudged. [PL 2003, c. 452, Pt.
