§227-C. Denial, suspension or revocation of permit The commissioner may, after a hearing in conformance with the applicable provisions of the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, suspend or revoke a permit issued under this chapter. The applicant fails to use a licensed fireworks technician, proximate audience technician or flame effect technician as required to conduct the display.
