Denial; suspension; revocation; grounds The commissioner may, after a hearing in conformance with applicable provisions of the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, suspend or revoke a license issued under this chapter. The following are grounds for denial, suspension or revocation of a license: [PL 1999, c. 671, §12 (NEW).]1. Fraud or deceit.
