§848. Amendment of bylaws and charter 1. Procedure. Amendments of the bylaws may be adopted, and amendments of the charter requested, by the affirmative vote of 2/3 of the members of the board of directors at any duly held meeting thereof, if the members of the board have been given at least 7 days' notice of said meeting and the notice has contained a copy of the proposed amendment or amendments.
