Section 10-905 - Sale of Uninspected Cantaloupes; Certificates as Evidence

(a) A person may not offer or expose for sale or present for shipment any cantaloupes unless they have passed inspection by the Secretary or the United States Department of Agriculture and are found to be graded, packed, and marked according to the provisions of this subtitle. (b) Certificates of inspection issued by the Secretary or the United States Department of Agriculture shall be accepted in any State court as prima facie evidence of the facts contained.
