Section 2-315 - Injunctive Relief

(a) The Board may bring an action for an injunction against a person who violates any provision of this subtitle. (b) An action for an injunction under this section is in addition to, and not instead of, disciplinary actions taken under § 2-310 of this subtitle or the imposition of civil penalties under § 2-310.1 of this subtitle.
