Section 3-113 - Refusing Access or Resisting Quarantine; Concealing Disease

(a) A person may not refuse the Secretary or his agent access to his premises or vehicle nor resist the application of any quarantine order or rule or regulation. (b) A person may not conceal the fact that a contagious or infectious disease exists on his premises.
