Section 4-129 - Injunctions; Proceedings to Be in Name of State

(a) The circuit court of any county has jurisdiction to grant injunctive relief to enforce this subtitle or restrain violations of this subtitle. (b) Any proceeding to enforce this subtitle or restrain violations of this subtitle shall be by and in the name of the State.
