Section 2-145 - Application for Permit

(a) An applicant for a direct wine shipper’s permit shall: (1) submit to the Executive Director a completed application on a form that the Executive Director provides; (2) provide to the Executive Director a copy of the applicant’s current license; (3) identify the wines manufactured by the applicant that the applicant intends to ship into the State; and (4) pay a fee of $200 for initial issuance of the direct wine shipper’s permit. (b) The Executive Director shall issue a direct wine shipper’s permit to each applicant who meets the requirements of this part for the permit.
