(a) This section does not apply to a holder of a nonresident winery permit. (b) Before a holder of a wholesaler’s license may sell and deliver alcoholic beverages acquired by the wholesaler to a holder of a retail license, the alcoholic beverages shall come to rest on the licensed premises of the wholesaler.
