Section 2-401 - No License or Permit Required for Certain Planes or Ships

A license or permit is not required for a transport plane furnished with a cocktail lounge or a water vessel carrying passengers or cargo to a foreign port if: (1) alcoholic beverages are purchased from a manufacturer or wholesaler; and (2) satisfactory evidence is submitted in writing to the Executive Director that the alcoholic beverages are for sale or use beyond the continental limits and possessions of the United States.
