Section 3-201 - State Licenses Issued by Executive Director

(a) The Executive Director shall issue each license that applies statewide. (b) A license may not be issued to a partnership, corporation, or limited liability company but only to an individual authorized to act for a partnership, corporation, or limited liability company.
