Section 3-702 - Pending or Approved Transfers or Continuation of Business

Section 3–701 of this subtitle does not apply if an application is pending or has been approved for: (1) a transfer of a license to another location or another person, subject to Subtitle 3 of this title; or (2) a certificate of permission, subject to § 3–802 of this title.
