(a) An application for a license for the use of a partnership shall be made by and the license issued to all of the partners as individuals. (b) Each of the partners shall: (1) reside in the county or city where the business is located at the time the application is filed; and (2) remain a resident of the county or city where the business is located for the duration of time the license is in effect. (c) The application for a license shall state the name and address of the partnership and the name and address of each applicant.
