Section 4-106 - Payment of Notice Expenses

(a) An applicant for a license shall pay the expenses to provide: (1) publication of the notice of application; and (2) notice to the applicant and to persons that oppose the application. (b) The applicant shall deposit money in advance with the local collecting agent to cover the expenses.
