Section 4-1207 - Temporary Move of Licensed Premises

(a) When a licensed premises must be moved due to fire or other catastrophe, the local licensing board may issue a license to a holder to move the licensed premises from one location to another while the premises is being restored for: (1) a period that the local licensing board determines; but (2) not more than 6 months. (b) The local licensing board: (1) may approve the new location to which the license holder has temporarily moved; but (2) may not charge a fee for the approval.
